Authority Without Arrogance
Philippians 2:5–8
“Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant…”
Jesus had all authority and yet no arrogance.
That’s the line we’re called to walk as leaders.
But it’s not always easy.
Somewhere along the way, ministry became a platform to stand on instead of a cross to die on. If Jesus is our model, and He is, then spiritual authority should not feel like dominance.
It should feel like surrender.
It should serve more than it shines.
So how do we lead like that?
How do we walk in God-given authority without letting it swell our heads?
